In the minimal sense that there are those who try to do good things but don't have any real empathetic understanding...I think this sentiment is true...beyond that it's torn apart in two seconds...

...or all the things that happened for a thousand generations that led to you...or the fact that all branches that didn't happen are meaningless to us and we think the one that did happen is so significant. How insignificant we'd feel if we could see all the possibilities with the same significance.
