I struggled with this. To me this makes more sense as "delusion" rather than "illusion". "Delusion" was an option at the time, so he actually chose "illusion" which makes less sense to me.

I feel so lucky to have gone from birth to death (almost....lol) never having been caught in or drafted into a war. As a student of history, and even the present.... I feel so lucky.

Spirit of "humanity", not any one group....

This quote was written in the 60's. We really spend our lives reading now... a lot of us...😁...so, upping the quality would be good. I'm trying to contribute to that....
