Cioran is the only philosopher I have seen that openly talks of suicide. It's one of the dimensions that makes him so emotionally felt. I have mixed feelings about it.....

I disagree with this. If the truth is explained well, then the misunderstanding is an individual occurrence. If it is not explained well, then this doesn't apply.
But, this is not mutually exclusive. For instance, I focus on universality because if people can't understand justice, they'll never be fair and good to each other. If they're not fair and good, they're rapacious and opportunistic.
I'm not sure where this answer falls, but ethics, productive morality, justice, fairness and goodness are balanced measures of human life. No doubt this is truth.
